Ca Mau sanitation project

sustainably improving the environmental sanitation in Ca Mau city, thereby enhancing the quality of life for city residents.

Main activities:

• rehabilitation of the existing drainage system and construction of new sewer lines in Ca Mau city. The new network will be a separate-type sewage system, with different conducts for household wastewater and storm water;
• construction of a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 8,000 m³ /day to address the current lack of treatment of wastewater from human activities. Some tools and equipment for collection of solid wastes will also be provided.
