Project aim

Enhancing institutional capacity of three Vocational Training Colleges in selected provinces and helping their students better meet the demands of the labour market after graduation.

Main activities:

  • upgrade of three selected vocational Training Colleges in Hanoi, Hue and Quang Nam through construction of workshops and supply of educational equipment;
  • development of a methodology, based on the Italian VET system, to implement vocational training programs in the three Colleges;
  • improvement of teachers’ and managers’ capacity in the three Colleges through Training of Trainers (TOT) activities;
  • development of career guidance and job placement activities in the three colleges.

The initiative is expected to be launched in 2018.
