Raising youth employment through school – enterprise connections in Bac Ninh province

Improving access of graduates to the labour market; increasing the average wage level of young people through support to two vocational training schools and a rehabilitation centre for disabled people in Bac Ninh Province.

Main activities:

• application of innovative methods in the formulation of courses;
• improvement of knowledge and skills of personnel in charge of training activities;
• establishment of linkages and of a network among training institutions and enterprises;
• develop a sustainable model to boost youth employment that can be easily replicated in other areas.
